At PLANTKIND, we take immense pride in the health and quality of our plants. Every plant is carefully hand-selected from our nursery, inspected for health, and prepared for shipping. We use specialized, secure packaging to protect the plant, its soil, and its pot during transit, ensuring it arrives at your doorstep in the best possible condition.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Please note that shipping to certain remote or rural areas may have a longer delivery time.
3. Processing and Shipping Time

Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our nursery within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping: Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days. The exact delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner's schedule.
Please be aware that these are estimated timelines and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays, natural disasters, or logistical issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you make your payment. We may offer free shipping promotions on specific products or orders above a certain value, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our courier partner's website.
6. Important Notes on Live Plants

Transit Stress: It is natural for live plants to experience some stress during transit. Minor leaf yellowing, wilting, or some soil spillage can occur. With proper care (as per the care instructions provided with your plant), your plant should recover and thrive in its new home.

Unboxing: We highly recommend carefully unboxing your plant as soon as it arrives. Gently remove the packaging and place the plant in a location with indirect sunlight.

Reporting Damage: In the rare event that your plant arrives in a severely damaged or dead condition, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged plant in its original packaging. We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or a refund.
7. Missed Deliveries
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If an order is returned to our nursery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, the order will be considered complete. In such cases, a refund may not be possible, and the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our nursery. Once the shipping details are updated, we will be unable to cancel the order. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order number as soon as possible.
